Description
Naklo, Podreber - we are selling building land on which there is an older house suitable for demolition.
The land is located in a cul-de-sac, in a quiet location in the settlement. In addition, there used to be a gravel pit, but currently, the municipality plans to build apartments on this site. The land is rectangular in shape and lies on a plain.

- roof: gable (inclination 36 to 45 degrees)
In the event that part of the existing building is demolished during the construction of a new building, it is necessary to connect the preserved part of the existing building and the new building into a uniformly designed building mass, with the same roof pitches and roofing.
