Spodnje Gorje near Bled

Gorje or Gorjanski kot - is a group of villages and hamlets 3-4 kilometres from Bled in the direction of Pokljuka, most of them situated on a sloping hillside with magnificent views towards the Bled basin and the entire Gorenjska landscape, up to Kranj. 

On the upper edge of the Lower Gorges, in a hamlet called Fortuna, a two-apartment building is being built, which will comprise two fully independent, vertically lensed residential units. With regard to the functionality of each of the two units and the layout of each of the units, it could be said that these are in fact two residential houses combined to form a semi-detached dwelling.

Each of the two dwelling units is designed as a single-family dwelling unit and comprises a basement, a ground floor and an attic.

The roof structure is made of spruce timber, with Tondach Saturn roofing in grey.
