Description
Bled - building land in a central and sunny position - plot 2.
The plot is located only 500 metres away from the lake, close to the "main" Ljubljana road, but still sufficiently removed from traffic routes, and as such offers peace and privacy. The site has open views to the east, where there is an orchard (agricultural land), so there will be no development in this strip in the near future.
The land to be sold is entirely building land on which it is planned to build a single or semi-detached dwelling (as can be seen from the attached picture).
For the "development" of the land in its entirety, the expert basis - conceptual design for the area has been prepared and approved by the competent authorities (Municipality of Bled and the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Heritage).
According to the planned parcelling, the land as a whole will be divided into 3 building plots, each of which is planned for one residential building:
Plot 2 measures 565.00 m2.
